I just went through researching something similar where I invested in Waterbury, CT- What I did first was look up the zoning for my property and the corresponding zoning laws at my cities website. 

The other thing is that rentals in our area have gone up in price significantly, with a friend who does property management telling me that we should raise rent by a minimum of $150, since all rentals nearby are going up correspondingly.

I will not be corresponding with them on the phone any more, only email if absolutely needed.

I have issues with a single rental I can only imagine trying to run 2 different properties and the corresponding tenants for each.

Most banks just want it to be a mailable address where you can receive correspondence although different banks may have different policies. 

When I did my DMM campaign, I did what you are doing researching but I typed in to Google yellow letter examples and picked the one that corresponded to my message and my potential seller.  

Andrew learned in corresponding with the buyer that she intended to use the property as a vacation home and not a primary residence; however, Andrew neglected to communicate this information to his Fannie Mae Sales Representative and allowed the buyer to submit the offer as an owner occupant.

Often, the better answer is a different plan format that entirely suits their needs for diversification of their tax-sheltered retirement savings.If someone for their own legitimate reasons has qualifying self-employment, great.When folks start talking about creating self-employment just so they can have a Solo 401(k), I would say 85% or more are creating more work than the corresponding benefit they may receive from a Solo 401(k) as compared to say a Checkbook IRA.Being self-employed requires time away from other endeavors and family.
