Why do people have this need to make it sound like grandmas are old and dumb and not usually the famous phrase "old and wise"? 

I fact I think that's a phrase people invented just to shame you into taking out your wallet.

You don't phrase it quite so directly, but that's a topic that's broad enough to have its own thread—in fact, I'm sure there are already several in the forums.Good contractors are hard to find, and that's who I would look for next.

I remembered the initials, but couldn't remember what they stood for, except for that naughty phrase.

I also would love to jump into the forums and post, my only hesitation is really lacking much information to share as I am lacking experience but I definitely will set up some key word phrases to glean some knowledge!

Gurus will certainly say ANYONE CAN or similar phrases.....what anyone can do is buy their materials!
