BUT, while selling is the most efficient way to get the most of your equity out of a property, it is THE END for all of the other ways you make money with RE.If you can find out the details for a 1031 exchange to get a good grasp on the process, you can look around and see if the type of higher return properties you have in mind are available and fit the 1031 exchange criteria?
