Rooting for you!

That's just my roots coming through - have to do blonde again ;-).

To take our contrarian thinking to its logical conclusion, we should all be rooting for higher interest rates.

Obvious signs of newer work done so I assumed it'd be fine... no issues with drainage during the inspection either.Fast forward a year later... root ball required replacement.

You beat the Tigers fair and square and I was rooting for the Sox last night.

So me and my family are currently trying to do one of three things at the moment currently we're trying to move out of the current location that we're in but we want to do that in a manner to where we kind of fall into a real estate investment so has anybody else here heard of like the sub to process and is it possible to use a sub too to fall into a multi-family property so that you can house hack as well as find a better place to live I guess I used to try to do the whole I am a real estate investor blah blah blah conversation but now I'm just going to talk from the root of my problems in the reality that I'm looking at this so if anyone is out there that could actually help me I'm in the Tacoma Washington area I'm looking for a mentor partner just a friend that's already doing the real estate stuff that can give me pointers and maybe go to lunch from time to time and talk over different strategies

So you could be playing nice guy, risking yourself a law suit over a pet, hoping the unit is not destroyed more and end up with a destroyed unit, an issue with a law suit and have to evict anyway.When I have been in this situation where a tenant was not keeping their word and honoring the terms of the lease I treat it like a root canal.

Just saying this looks like the most stable, rooted in area, and likely to stay awhile candidate that was why I was thinking to approach the issue.

May say COVID, may say he isn't going to move but if you can try and find the root of his issue that will really help.
