An end buyer made an offer at $340,000 so everything seemed like it was panning out for me on this deal.

IF you know where the leak is you can buy yourself a little while with a piece of tin and some black jack.

There are tons of creative ways to make storage for pots and pans, like an overhead island/chains.

I just got done replacing a broken faucet , I got there at 9 am and the sink was full of gross dishes and pots and pans, there was 5 trash bags in the corner and clothes laying all around .

We're under contract, so hopefully it pans out. 

if you agree to terminate, I might require the seller to give you a "right of first refusal" to purchase the property in the event his loan modification doesn't pan out. 

I just do the best I can with the numbers and hope they pan out as planned.

I have hired 2 VA's over the past 2-3 months to input data into quickbooks and they haven't panned out either.
