We both became real estate agents to streamline finding deals and save money.In the beginning, we did all the rehab work ourselves and learned a lot along the way, but 12 years and 3 kids later, we became stuck with little time to find deals and manage the ones we were holding. 

Six is by no means a large number of showings overall, I mention the above just to provide some suggestions on how to streamline your process in the future.

Streamlined or standard?

For the properties that I manage I use property manage software to streamline communication , tenant requests, etc. 

Does anyone have any VA training material they could share or direct me to that would streamline the process.
