Yes; I do understand this is not a "religious" forum, but simply as human beings we must be careful when we assign titles to others which demean them as humans.  

I recently went to a Brooklyn REIA meetup and the leaders told me that they primarily do deals in Philadelphia.

I live in Bakersfield and I recently went to a local Meetup, the leader of the meetup had similar comments to some above.

These should be the people in the room that are leaders with vision.

We had a tenant go on a religious mission trip and get murdered. 

As a leader of a real estate team with my wife in Philadelphia, specifically in Fishtown, our city is a great one to purchase a hold to AirBnB.

If you pick up a shovel and go dig ditches for clients as the sole employee you are 100% of the business.If you grow that business into a company of 100 ditch diggers, 3 crew leaders, 1 salesman, 2 office staff, and a CEO or president, you've removed yourself from the daily operations of the business.Like many concepts, reality and concepts don't always meet.
