It was a great learning experience for me and luckily it was mostly cosmetic work, so a good entry into the flipping scene I think.The only issue I am seeing in such a big military town is the amount of inventory on the market and how long property is staying on the market.

I've yet to find a Ferrari left in the garage although the home across the street left a Maserati (begore they they were good again), Point is, rarely is there anything worth messing with.My objective is to relocate so as there is no reason for former tenant to return to the property and risk a dramatic scene or an attempt at re-possession.

So there's only one or two attorneys representing the lion share of the sales.I guess the best advice for @Jay G. would be to call the trustee and get their requirements beforehand and go to a few of these to scope the scene
