@Shalin Patel the writing may be on the wall that their performance will continue to decline.So, monitor then carefully for the next 90 days AND start looking for another PMC.If this is an isolated event, then no worried.

But letting it continue to worsen means the fix will only continue to cost more.The in-between answer is to somehow mark or show the size of the damage and continue to monitor over the next several months. 

Nevertheless, I believe that documenting and monitoring can go a long way.

My current list contains smart lock for check in, outdoor cameras, and thermostat so I can monitor.

I am monitoring the market for few months and analyzing the properties.

So a waste of my time to go check something that was not broke.I now have a WiFi hot water heater and can check it remotely.I also have security cameras and WIFI thermostats so I can remotely monitor a lot.

There are usually some good, local investors that monitor those forums.
