Some ones that I've added, based on experience:Tenants are not to remove or disable smoke detectors, and are to test them periodically and promptly report issues.Tenants are not to put grease, fat, or fibrous items in the garbage disposal.No objects except toilet paper are to be flushed down the toilet - even items labelled "flushable."

I'm 62 y/o and on Disability, so I can't claim any income directly to myself (or at least minimal anyway).  

Long gone are the days where the consumer-facing LO is allowed to take a pay cut or pay raise on a per-deal basis, now it's mostly on what you can give us, that we can turn around and sell to management (as they are the folks taking the per-deal hair cut), that also isn't going to expose the firm to any potential gender/race/disability/etc based discrimination lawsuits or Dodd-Frank/CFPB fines. 

I look to disable and instill terror.

At that time, I was convinced in my head that if I worked hard enough, I would be the first professional basketball player with a disability in the NBA.

This is in case they can claim they are disabled where you would need to give 60 days notice. 

Article 2A, Ejectment of Residential Tenants, states:"... personal property shall be deemed abandoned if the landlord finds evidence that clearly shows the premises has been voluntarily vacated after the paid rental period has expired and the landlord has no notice of a disability that caused the vacancy.

Developers often build for millennials, students, healthcare, elderly and disabled but rarely do they build for low income working class.

@Bob Malecki, it is my understanding that it is still available for military families and those with disabilities.
