Hi, a title company is actually an insurance agency and they represent title insurance companies that insure title to buyers and lenders, insuring that the title is free and clear of encumbrances or any cloud on the title that would cause a financila loss.

Very common with wholesalers in my area to file "memo" that cloud title, and then disappear or become non-responsive.4. 

Why pay a company 10% of your gross income to do that, when it’s such an easy task.One thing I would recommend to you, as a newbie, is to invest into a cloud based property management software.

The ambulance chaser  Attorney won’t even be able to find who actually owns it to sue you because the land trust isnt traditionally recorded .He will have to charge the client an absorbent fee  just to figure out who or where to even  send the papers to lol

Now that I have properties in 3 states I am traveling a lot, which makes a cloud option handy.

There are no batch entries, the keyboard shortcuts I’m used to fly through screens don’t work, and the page load times just seem inefficient.I was just wondering of those on BP that have hired a virtual assistant are switching over to the cloud accounting systems?

I'd recommend going with one of the more mature cloud based solutions that are designed specifically for property management.
