We were initially looking around Cameron Park, were pretty open to the area as long as it’s in a good/established neighborhood, not too far of a drive to the address I listed above, near good activities (bars/food). 

You can certainly have your mother in law report these alleged violations to the authorities as well.As to the hotel of two bedrooms, since the home is only two bedrooms, I don't feel that was below par but again, I'm not an attorney.

Just here to share my experiences with Cameron Dunlap's ibuyhouses.com buy your territory system.After paying 3 months at $179 for my "Territory" I have ZERO leads, I requested a refund for the most recent charge, which has not settled at my bank, and the customer service operator stated "all charges are non refundable"Apparently they do no SEO for the site, and they expect you to  promote their site.My experience with Cameron Dunlap is to stay away, poor performance of the website and poor customer satisfaction.There are many other real estate lead web sites, I'm not going to mention any here, look around Bigger Pockets, which will return way better results than 0 leads.
