The building is 8 years old and doesn't need any major repairs... just pressure washing the siding, replace a few broken window screens, and possibly a fresh coat of paint on the interior.In this area, prices have held steady.

What I did with my wood floors was cleaned them real good with laqcuer thinner and then put a new clear coat down.

It's hard because sometimes a paint job requires tons of extra spackling / mudding, other times none, sometimes it's same color so 1 coat, sometimes no trim, or one coat.
