@John Syron @John Syron I know this is an old thread and companies that get credit card debt for newbies is a business I acknowledge that.. one thing it does though when those folks do this is hammer their fico.but maybe if your getting them in the companies..

If you want to belt and braces this - put your own curtain rails in as well.Although tenants may use pins for putting up pictures, my god, they must just jack hammers when it comes to window treatments.Also, top tip for when you renovate a property and have the drywall down - put lots of 2x4 studs around windows (above and to the sides), this ensures that if anyone does put a curtain rail up, they screw into a stud easily, rather than pepper the wall with holes trying to find one a stud that holds.

However on the flip side there are many many very successful investors on this site.... its just navigating those that are all talk and no action or ... those that are just scammers plain and simple.. the scammers hammer this site on the lending side...
