I've been interested in investing for a long time, and have read a couple books but haven't yet taken the plunge of actually purchasing a property. 

At the moment I enjoy my career, but am hoping to take the plunge into real estate investing sometime this year.

I mostly focus on sfh to 4plex's, but suspect there are opportunities in condos since so many people are scared of them.I spent five years researching investment property before making the plunge...I wish I hadn't allowed myself to be talked out of it when I was younger.

My husband and I are hoping to take the plunge into our real estate dreams to flip homes and maybe invest in some rentals down the road.

I'm currently living in Duluth as well and looking to take the plunge into investing in the next few years so all of that information is very helpful!

I'm currently researching strategies and markets (generally midwest and south) and now I'm taking the plunge into the forums.  

I saved as much real estate income as I could this year with the goal of doing this, then using the principles here made the plunge.

I have been a long time lurker on this forum.I finally decided it was the right time to take the plunge into Real Estate Investing.My Fiancee is a full-time Real Estate agent as am I, but I haven't placed my license with a brokerage.

I'm actually looking to take the plunge finally and get into investing.
