Hello everyone, my name is Jennifer and my husband Greg and I and our two small children live in Ottawa, Ontario.  We've bought 4 townhouses in the past couple of years in Ottawa and have learned a LOT about real estate investing and being landlords.  We're now looking to invest in the US to get a better cash return as most Canadian markets are pretty high-priced right now.

I've been lurking on Bigger Pockets for a while now and the amount of free information and advice on here is almost overwhelming.  I'm currently researching strategies and markets (generally midwest and south) and now I'm taking the plunge into the forums.  Looking forward to connecting with other investors.
