if they're hungry enough, they'll knock those doors for you and truly find good deals.The truth is (for me) that I rarely find a realtor who shares my vision for investing or has comparable knowledge, so there really isn't anything they can offer, other than comps, which we can all pull on our own.All I look for, is someone who is hungry, answers my phone call (no text, or for quicker response text) and has no issues writing up deals without me seeing the place first.

@Cory JohnsonI know an agent that has used virtual staging to give people the “vision” It‘s helpful.Some people have a hard time imagining what a vacant or messy place will look like with new furniture or different paint colors.
