I have a nice home and nice toys.

Liabilities such as cars, toys and vacations don't make anyone wealthy or obtain a high networth.   

I have not had a car in a shop that was not under warrenty ( other than used sports cars that were toys) in 30 plus years.

I remember building houses with LEGO was the only toy I played growing up.

I don't plan to blow money on fancy toys in my early years.

Is it better than what I could make on my own with the programs I currently have access to? Yes

We both remembered eachother, and had a good laugh about the kids toys/trinkets I kept finding stashed/lost years into my ownership.

I just need to discipline myself to stop buying guru courses, be laser focused, avoid the “white noise”, work hard & study hard.

And make good choices with purchases, such as looking at cars as tools and not toys, living in a house or apartment that fits your needs instead of wants (you do not need that McMansion), not eating out every night or ordering takeout, thinking you are entitled to fancy vacations every year, and shopping for clothes at reasonable prices. 

We are actually toying around with purchasing on AMI (Bradenton beach to be specific). 3 of our friends have rentals there and we are maybe wanting to join the party.
