So in CA these are usually done by TOP shelf Hard money lenders who have years of experience and track record of success... and they are servicing the NOTE and have pre written instructions that they can represent all the owners if a foreclosure needs to happen;what I see with the EB is there is no middle man broker its investor lending to the company.. so you have ZERO control and your just hoping they are successful .
