That was my point.I dont do SEO for Google.I do it for the users.The fact I linked my flipping blog to my seo for investors blog together will NEVER be penalized because it is legitimate whitehat SEO.I genuinely put amazing content on these blogs and users get value of out these links.

You need: business license, errors and omission insurance, a relationship with a title officer, an attorney to sent up structure, attorney to write the disclosures and documents, professional website, clients, a business plan, what type loans you will do rules ins and outs, CPA to set up procedures, bookkeeper to do payoffs/ annual state and federal reporting/ process payments/verify taxes and insurance are current, you cannot talk to ANY owner occupants or you get fines and jail time, without an office address or history you won't appear genuine, you need to answer the phone 10 hours a day, have construction costing deep knowledge, able to pull comparables and AVM's in seconds, able to pull a tri merged credit report, have vendors linked to your cloud based loan processing system just to name a few.

I am not saying that inside pet owners are necessarily responsible, but outside only pet owners almost always are, as they don't see the animal as a companion but as an object like a shovel or a lawnmower, just something for their use (I am not referring to genuine working dogs here like herders or sheepdog).

Maybe she didn't read the whole ad, or maybe she just forgot (you read a lot of rental listings when looking for an apartment), but from the way Chris wrote his post, it sounds like the prospective tenant genuinely didn't know there were no pets allowed.
