Then simply state that you've already explained to them that you do not want vacancies at that time of year, that starting a new lease in November if you do happen to find a tenant in Nov or Dec puts you at a huge disadvantage as you'll have to sign shorter or longer-term, not one year, to correct the timing issue, creating more difficulty for you all around.

The question is really more related to whether there is any disadvantage to buying the property to begin with under my LLC....whether this changes things from simply refinancing to having to "sell" the property from my LLC to me personally....and if that would then result in additional fees (closing costs).
