I'm aiming for a specific cash flow amount and corresponding rate of effort. 

Our Title company has a file the size of a Yellow Phone Book filled with correspondence back and forth with Altisource.  

Our obligation to make payments on a LRO is limited to an amount equal to each holder’s pro rata share of amount of payments, if any, actually received on the corresponding Loan, net of certain fees and expenses retained by us.

This list would contain the zip code and corresponding name of the municipality.

He even did some corresponding with the loan officer to ensure everything was going to close without a snag. did he go to the home inspection with you.. did he meet the appraiser at the property ?? 

Water, sewer, electric, gas, internet you name it is charged to the corresponding card. 

Realizing there are a lot of factors that play into this equation... but if the right location, It appears to me that townhomes are generally cheaper in relation to the corresponding houses in their same area.

The amount corresponds to what it will cost me to live the lifestyle I want to live, cover my children's education, and have a 'rainy day' fund.
