This could mean uber rides, hotel stays, airline flights etc, as long as the spending is classified as 'travel' by the merchant swiping the card, then it is eligible to be reimbursed.

RingCentral is another strong competitor, but Dialpad won it over for me due to its simplicity to setup and use.If you want to save costs, I have seen a free personal Google Voice account work with a VPN chrome extension. 

Fellow BP STR Owners, would like to read your opinions:In my microcosm active STR market, a recent study of my local competitors on Airbnb I saw to see a trend of required longer stays. 

I expect that after using Buildium for a while I will migrate all the accounting stuff to Buildium - but for now I am using it for maintenance requests and tenant screening only.I rejected a number of competitors mostly because they did not fit my needs, but they would fit other peoples needs.In the past month or so I have been very harshly criticizing RentRedi. 

But mix it up and build reporie with these people and I like the last line what Michael said about "Who do you know" I am going to swipe that one
