Page 245 from his "Guide to Investing" says:"If you are serious about doing business, then you do not want to do business as a private citizen.  

The police are obligated to inforce all "No Trespass Orders" filed by citizens (as long as it is not on a registered tenant).

These people should not be allowed to keep defrauding innocent citizens of their hard earned money. 

Local citizens also play a major role. 

All US citizen( inside or outside the country ) have to report the income from disposing the property outside the United States, unless you are exempt from tax law to not pay taxes on the sale. 

Citizens don't want the homes in our neighborhoods rotting, the tax sale process gives investors an incentive to prevent the home from falling into disrepair.

Both neighborhoods are populated with older homes, many still owned by senior citizens, and both neighborhoods are slowly turning over to a younger demographic who want to live close to downtown. 

The Hawaii governor has also blamed STR's on the housing shortage which I don't fully believe but it's made it's citizens which creates it's own problems.

I am a homeowner, we are retired senior citizens and we need extra income to supplement our social security.

We have clients all over the country and even some American citizens temporarily in other countries.
