You may not know that unless you go see the building (not sure if you just browsing the MLS or also visiting the properties).

The issues I'm having are 1) I can no longer see posts listed by "Newest" like you can on the website, only by "Trending" or by browsing particular forums and 2) There doesn't seem to be any "search" functions on the phone app now like their used to be.

@Brie Schmidt - I have just been casually browsing around on websites looking at SFH and some flats as I try to figure what is the best strategy for me.

I browsed eBay for Goodman ACs and gas furnaces.

Browse through the different topics on BP, read some of the articles and you'll start to realize that your question really all depends on your method of fiancing, intrest rates for your loan, how long you'll be holding the property, etc.I'm a newbie here as well so I can't really help out too much other than the info above.
