new BP member from CT

HI my name is Piotr but you guys can call me Peter , it is easier this way :) , ok little bit about me and my RE journey. I was Rehabber back in 2002-2007 , now I want to start invest again in RE . I am in the middle of getting my RE license. Currently working on one project in New Britain CT.

I join the BP site to get advise and give advise from my experience for those in need . I hope to be a good add on to the BP community , after all we are here to share the knowledge .
