everything that i want to last for a long time and see abuse, i go after commercial grade first. kind of like the sink drains. i noticed all commercial baths have grid drains instead of stupid pop ups and i have nothing but grid drains. i have never, ever been called for a clogged drain (except laundry tub)

This opens him up to all of the rules that mortgage originators have to comply with, for example:Verification of incomeVerification of ability to repayAdditionally, any mortgage in violation of the ability to repay check, or any mortgage with "excessive fees or abusive terms" can be easily voided with no statute of limitations if/when you try to foreclose on property with said mortgage.

For too many years sinkhole claims were a much used and abused scam benefiting homeowners, engineering firms, repair companies, lawyers etc..By some remarkable coincidence, as the cost of coverage became more expensive, benefits became slimmer, and the economy improved, the amount of claims have fallen off dramatically.
