I bought all of my material (eg 3 toilets, faucets for 3.5 baths, all lighting fixtures for baths, kitchen and dining and more including the appliances) after finding out about the program.I dealt with the Glen Burnie location over the phone and then had them deliver on a specified date.

I looked at a house in Riverside, IL which appeared to be a great value in 2012.

I owned a two flat previously in edge water glen that was a complete gut and duplexed the first floor down to a previously unused basement.  

I would love to find a meet up in the riverside county area- active investor for about 3 years.
