Now its 'new roof or patch old one?'

This friend had a disfiguring accident happen to his face when he was young which cost him his lower jaw and most of his tongue and required extensive surgery to patch up.

Patching and painting will take a couple days, a couple hours each day.

Working in the oilfield patch, doing title and mineral search, i can find my way around the courthouse and have not had a problem rooting out problems.  

An Electrical Contractor using a helper should have that done in one day, then another 4 hrs for drywall patch and paint.

In Louisiana if you didn't have the money for a trailer park, you could buy a big, old, house and just rent rooms to us guys in the Oil Patch.
