We are prepared to raise via our current contacts but have started discussions with a broker-dealer that said they may be interested.

Hello all,My question is about capital raising and working under a Broker/dealer to sell securities in the syndication space. 

The broker dealer team can also assist the operator with compliance and review of the PPM.

Capital Raisers must be licensed by FINRA as a broker-dealer.

.- Check your local zoning to ensure that duplexes and manufactured homes are still compliant on the lot- If everything checks out, make sure that the home dealer approves the site for the type and size of building that you want to place.

They have many Parks where they partner with Lonnie Dealers to help fill lots, repair older homes, etc so that as Park Owners there is less up front investment.  

If someone tells me theyll buy my car thats worth 30K for 20K and they assign the car to a dealer for 25K  (making 5K) good for them.
