WHY the car sellers know west coast has higher wages and folks can afford more.. same with GAS even though in CA there are refineries all over the place but the Bay area has some of the highest gas prices in the country.Same with Aviation fuel we pay 5 bucks a gallon I can get it for 3.50 in small airports in Montana I frequent.. and they have to truck it much further... pricing is what the market and economy will bare.

I just started to watch U tube in the last 6 to 8 months primarily for cooking recipes  and Aviation related episodes,  in northern CA there is Juan Browne and his Bloncolori channel I like him a lot.

The only way you would know is if when they go to the airport they go to private aviation and jump on their jet or they go to the terminal and jump on Southwest :)

For example, the owner owns to infinity but the feds took the use of the title holder's air rights for aviation, in an area that has no zoning an owner probably controls up to 100 feet without getting into regulatory matters.The Grantor owner grants easements for various reasons and uses, the owner still owns the land, but the easement is described, in you case a roadway easement, this grants a hole through the owner's property, it's like a tunnel, above the surface with widths described and 100 feet high unless the owner's rights are further limited by law.
