In this market, is it wise to invest in real estate right now?

Is it wise to borrow from the equity to make any necessary repairs, or should I delay the rental process until I acquire enough savings in 12+ months?

I have been told LLC under 1 name as a single member LLC is less complex and less expensive etc preparation wise.

Were seeing a lot of BRRRR refinances in the sixes rate wise recently - rates have been a bit volatile last couple of weeks but some really solid BRRRR deals going on with DSCR considering the short seasoning periods and rates really competitive with conventional alternatives

You are doing your 1st deal there with a 50k reno, NOT wise.
