I would love to maximize cash flow but also do not want to be left on an island if there is damage. 

I LOVED getting a loan through DR Horton on a DR Horton build, that I had to pay for a DR Horton appraisal.

Thankfully, my wife is still working, and we have a few months’ worth of emergency funds to cover our expenses.
