Make sure you use good materials since wheel chairs on tough on flooring. 

I spoke in Clumbus, OH a week ago and there was a gentleman in a wheel chair there - I'll be damned if that slows him down any.  

The reason I ask is that I am wheelchair confined but yet I see the potential to thrive with wholesaling in this economy.

Fair housing means you can't use these classes as your basis for choosing not to rent to them.As far as the handicapped, what if someone in a wheelchair wanted to rent my house, but there's no access due to stairs?
