So to answer your question...your gonna hear more bad then good just like you hear more about horrible service in the food industry then good.

If This were happening in California it would be a whole different ball game..... they would turn om the utilities and give them food stamps LOL

Yes, Top golf is public company and owned by Callaway I believe.they generate lot of money from food and drinks too. 

Good schools, good internet, good food, good prices.

And of course they really dont have any real reserves they are using this money for rent and food etc.  

I think people need to realize, if they are not going to go hunt for their own food and have it served to them, then they will pay more, just like going to a restaurant - so expecting 11%+ for someone to find the deal is still around, but expectations should be lower.
