To reiterate above, the variable rate is not the issue, it's the attempt at new terms with punishment attached if not accepted.FWIW, if I recall correctly from 5 years ago, my loan officer casually mentioned that the loan will be "in-house" which I understood him to mean is not a federally backed loan and they are lending directly, but I didn't ask for clarification.Maybe my loan address was included by mistake for this mailing because of that categorization, but still, gahh.

I have however helped dozens of clients who have had to deal with their policies not being liquid, being charged 5 or 6 figures a year in fees, dealing with the tax implications of surrender fees, and almost unanimously nobody has understood what they were sold.As someone who is such a champion of these ideas, I'm hopeful you have some examples for all of us in this forum who would like to learn more.

Just really explained how those Petri dish tests being up mold anywhere and explained how mold is in the air everywhere and that I can’t have a test done without visible evidence of mold growth.She understood where I was coming from.

I wrote a statement explaining what I understood from the event given the tenant's perspective and will be speaking to the neighbors to have them put a statement together about what happened.
