My strategy these days is to meet their vitriol with kindness and their ignorance with wisdom and help.

And -- personal opinion here -- I also think there's a lot of "accepted" wisdom on here that hasn't worn as well.

@Michael Ablan Just wait until you find one of your tenants unconscious and unresponsive due to a narcotic overdose. 

I'd think about it and not be automatically dissuaded by conventional wisdom.

I want to gleam as much wisdom about the St Louis investment platform as possible because moving foreword, this is actually a place I can see myself and my family relocating to for months out of the year In the future.

I would like to gain as much knowledge and wisdom as I can to become a wise successful investor.
