Hey everyone! 

My name is Ricky Nunez and I am from Griffith, Indiana. As a newcomer to both real estate investing and BiggerPockets, I'm here to absorb as much wisdom and advice as possible. 

I am graduating from university in a couple months and I am very eager to learn more about wholesaling and house flipping! I believe in the power of relationships and cannot wait to connect with all of you.
