My days are fluid but with some structure built in.People can get too worked up over this scheduling stuff that they miss out on having FUN with life.

The place already has tenants that want to stay, and the cash flow is good, so we may wait to rehab it until after the tenants decide to leave. what we are going to do is still fluid at this point.

They had some troubles with the merge and spotty platform, but they have most of the kinks worked out...works pretty fluid.

I doubt that it will matter as far as sound transmission from floor to floor.Maybe try it one a couple of units before putting it in all the units.

I think banks/banking laws may make electronic transfers for businesses less fluid. 

I think it is a really fluid decision that has to be reassessed pretty regularly.

From my understanding, which may not be accurate, I feel like it is more of an abstract, subjective, flexible, and fluid rating based on all of those items that you've mentioned. 

Connecting the outside condenser to the inside head unit is a small diameter tube with heat transfer fluid (pretty much antifreeze, IIRC). 

How flexible or fluid will you really be when banks/lenders are not as eager to lend?
