Assuming the buyer doesn’t agree:1) if the EM is held by the RE brokerage, that broker can follow the Escrow Depisit Didpute Redoluyion eigh ghd TE commission....the commission decided who gets the deposit, broker is protected by following their recommendation. 2) if EM is held by title company, you’d have to sue in court and get a judgment for the title company to release.
