I have been to three of Matt Scott's seminars.

What’s a good price to paint a three bedroom, 1300 sq ft house?  

My main reasoning:Money is often defined in terms of the three functions or services that it provides.Money serves as a medium of exchange, as a store of value, and as a unit of account.

I have property in three out of four of those counties including one SFH in Madison, one SFH in Limestone on 20 acres that's being developed to a MHP slowly, and one existing small MHP in Morgan County. 

I would recommend the three below and then go from there!

As to asking the IRS reps, let me limit my comment to just three letters: LOL

Ken McElroy, Kiyoski, Bloomberg, Blackrock and the Fed should all ring you up and take some advice from you. ;-) There is nothing false wiih what @Henry Clark said.Commercial real estate is broad - Office space, self-storage, Farm, Data centers, residential properties above 4 units, etcIt can be true that one part of commercial real estate is suffering while others is thriving.

Three of my pending contracts right now are buyers from there. 

When evaluating potential properties, consider three exit strategies: if you can sell quickly for a profit, hold it as a rental, or take a loss.
