What do people think about hot tubs in your STR ?

I'm going to buy my first property within the next couple of months and I'm curious about how people manage their properties when they are not within a driveable distance of them.I understand they have property managers but where do you find them?

As a loan officer, I've seen a few people go through the same scenario of basically breaking even. 

People in 1979 were angry that prices tripled in half a decade.

Most people won't put in the work. 

People are looking to live smaller or some are being forced to live smaller, hence the insane growth in apartments and storages.

I try my best to help as many people as possible.

For example, we have an artisan chocolatier in a town of 350 people.

Some of these groups are dedicated to people advertising their STR.
