You may see them placed on corners of busy intersections or nailed to a telephone pole saying "We Buy Houses".Hope that helps!

As I stated in my original post, this person contacted me through Craigslist and her response contained only her first name and telephone number.

@Calvin Rankin  No county assessor in California will post the owner's information online because of California Government Code Section 6254.21 which states that “No state or local agency shall post the home address or telephone number of any elected or appointed official on the internet without first obtaining the written permission of that individual.” 

When he tried to use his telephone to call the police, he found out that the line was dead.

I put the big corrugated bandit signs on wooden telephone poles and my experience has been that the wind rips them off of the pole.

I would have thought that the newspapers would have asked "Do you want to include a telephone number?"

It also snapped two telephone poles like kindling and flattened a car.Three of our buildings remain without power and, according to the utility, may be that way until mid-week.  

Sign, telephone number, equal housing sticker, and your agent may the need a broker's license as a managing broker.

That way when the wind blows it doesn't take them away bcuz it's almost the same size as the telephone pole.
