I evicted two obese lesbians the day after Christmas one year.

I used to be pretty obese and started putting on a lot of weight especially on my thighs and bottom in my late thirties.

Technically it’s in the teens, but with the wind chill, it feels like six degrees.

The only book on my radar so far is Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad for Teens and the cash flow board game.The program for my kids is a summer reading challenge while they are out of school.

My kids are in their late teens and early 20s now.  

I am currently managing two hedge funds who buy and hold through my system and their ROI is in the "teens" every year. 

Couple years ago I was driving through a prospective neighborhood when this teen thug saw me, pantomimed drawing a gun, racking the slide and shooting me....Next!.......

Lifespans for humans, (especially those who aren't obese) is increasing.I honestly believe that the first person to live to 200 is walking around right now.

Funny thing is that I help others on a daily basis manage mental health issues and here I am.Jose my full time job is also on a mental health/ behavioral health unit with children & teens.

We have several tenants with cats currently.James, regarding snakes, my husband had a snake as a teen; I do not see a problem with a snake (as long as it is one that is legal to own).
