Get Lien releases from sub/sub contractors also.Know who is on your jobsite at all times, the trades, the business names.In many places, Friday at 3 is knockoff time for Beer, make sure they are not having their tailgater parties at your jobsite.In many places work is allowed to start as soon as the sun creases over the horizon, (just after Dawn), other places have hours to construct specified.

And as someone who used a quad every week for work for 10 years and so has loaded one hundreds of times the lower the ramp angle the safer it is  and if you saw the presentation the ramp slides out of the tail gate and is full width so if you slip sideways your not going to run a wheel off of the skinny ramps we had to use in those days.. ..

Account ClosedAfter a couple of vans and 'classic' N.A. pickups, we found a preference for the Euro-style flat-bed pickup: a flat-bed pickup (sideboards and tailgate fold down);3-way dump (dumps to the rear or to each side)has removable frame and curtains (for carrying drywall in the rain);has all-wheel drive;has crew-cab (doka) with an auxiliary heater (we plan to remove part of the rear bench to install a parts cabinet/shelf.

I got confused with the improvements I made on a rental - I paid the contractor XYZ amount (materials and labor) and he purchased the rough materials (drywall, insulation, recessed lights, bath tub, shower enclosures, paint, etc).
