I’m really rethinking this.There are no comps in the area to support his price but I’m sure it will appraise, usually it does.$275000 with 25% down, taxes $4080, insurance is 3000 yr and rents is $3800 month, Water $400 mth.

We have a new CFO on board for about 6 months now, a new Controller, new employees, two outside agencies provided support etc. to rectify the issues.

It did not start this way, in 2017 through 2020(right before Covid) I worked 12 hour days, minimum, but I had the support I needed and knew to balance certain things. 2020-2021 I worked more, I would say. 2022 systems were put in place; this is where most wealthy will fail to become ultra wealthy and you'll see the horrible climb & never the view.

Again, treating folks with housing support funds with the same dignity and respect as everyone else, usually nets quality clients that listen and do their best to follow the rules.
