I'm from college station but will like to start investing in Arkansas 

I recommend considering locations near Naval Air Station Jacksonville and Naval Station Mayport.

There are specific cities/areas that seem more promising than others (such as Orlando, Jacksonville in FL, and Midland/Odessa, College Station in TX) but I'm finding it hard to pick one market to then resume my search for the right neighborhood and specific property.

Alarms:  Is there a central Station Burglar or Fire Alarm, hard wired smoke detectors or CO detectors, video, etc.4.

He constantly mentions either coming from or going to the police station due to this vague crime issue.We have a driveway, but only my car is allowed to park there; the rest is street parking.

We purchased here because the numbers made sense and I'm in the Navy and stationed at Navy Hospital in Portsmouth, so I'm incredibly close to work.

I am stationed in Texas, but will be moving to Nevada in about 8 months.

A developer did buy it and is now planning on a meat market/gas station at that location. 

My husband was with the military, and we have a lot of military friends who just buy wherever they ago (each duty station is only around 2-3 yr) and they end up accumulating a lot of wealth/equity. 

It's a beautiful property with a pool, picnic benches, and grill stations,  on 1/2 acre in a great part of town.The appraisal shows that with the value I've added, there is significant equity growth.The issue is that I am having a difficult time finding a lender who will help me REFI out of my hard money loan.
