I am assuming by your post that you are financially invested and own the property.

GSEs are entities established but not operated or owned by the Federal government to (oftentimes) enhance credit availability, in sectors that have some sort of public good connection like agriculture or housing.

I don't know the laws in Australia, but in the states, you can usually get a low down payment loan if you will live in the place and you can do this up to a 4 unit and rent out the rest.

Some states are easier than others; however, it is important to understand the process and laws of owning properties in another foreign state.

A flipper who owns rentals, a syndicator who owns rentals or flips, a PM/Agent that owns flips/rentals; etc etc.

County or City permitting- own the process. 

If you sold this property would you buy something in Arizona or would you continue to look for properties out of state?
