I walked a park this weekend where they vinyl sided old homes instead of just spray painting.  

A $5 can of bee spray foam should do it.

Yes they mow, but they won't weed eat or spray grass killer along edges, and then they have excuses why the mower is broken and they have to skip a few weeks - it's annoying.  

I can't tear the bricks out, just to put sheeting and vapor barrier. i want to accomplish both with the spray foamhere are pics.any suggestions?

That is the spray and pray approach.  

And, I like your sense of humor - which is sometimes needed in this business.Without actually walking across the house and getting mine, I think it also includes adjusting thermostats and opening cabinets, etc. and setting off the first round of insect spray "bombs" if there was a pet. 

We sometimes spray everything down with a bleach solution.

Have the property sprayed by a professional company  if bugs are present at move in.

Maybe scrub it with mold stuff and apply anti mold spray?

oh we had exterminator guy came yesterday to spray inside and outside.
