Where is the best place that everyone is sourcing their overhead doors from?

While I am always looking for off-market, as an agent with access to MLS, that's my primary source of looking for deals right now. 

You also need a good source to acquire the properties at a discount. 

There are some public sources (www.city-data.com) that can provide good baseline information.

Making real estate your primary income source isn't passive unless you have access to significant capital.

Have also used list source and prop stream before but the data they provide is very similar to what I pull off the tax records through CRS Tax.
